Integral Health Solutions presenting at the 6th Johns Hopkins London Symposium

Integral Health Solutions together with Eastern Cheshire CCG are excited to be presenting today at the 6th Johns Hopkins London Symposium on “Risk Stratification to Support Intermediate Care”.

Together with Eastern Cheshire CCG we will be presenting on the application of the ACG system to support case management for the population of Eastern Cheshire CCG. Two keynote speakers at the Symposium will be Professor Chris Ham from The King’s Fund and Lourens Walters from Medscheme in South Africa.

The event will be attended by delegates from the UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, Denmark and the United States.
