Warrington CCG

Warrington CCG required support in becoming an intelligent commissioning organisation in order to achieve its vision of ‘Excellence for Warrington’. We supported the CCG in helping it to define its business intelligence requirements – demonstrating what good Business Intelligence looks like and how this supports the CCG in undertaking its commissioning functions.  Following this the CCG has successfully implemented a number of our recommendations, including the implementation of the Johns Hopkins ACG Risk Stratification System.
